We regret to inform that we do not entertain any requests for returns or refunds for booked sessions. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly advise you to confirm your availability for all sessions before placing a booking. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

To reschedule a confirmed session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance by emailing [email protected]. Your cooperation ensures a smooth process for both parties.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the confirmed session, a 50% forfeiture of the session fee shall apply.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the confirmed session, a 100% forfeiture of the session fee shall apply.
